Stayed in apartment 9, 3 single beds but were tight together , apartment was fine although didn’t use any amenities as was staying for the football. Location is great, allowed to drop bags of early which was appreciated.

Very central location. It IS right in the centre of Liverpool’s party zone which was fine for us! Beds were comfy, plenty of towels etc. it would be good to have some temperature control in the apartment and It would be useful to list the apartment numbers on each corridor door so you know which one to go through!

Great property for a night on the town, close to all the action, however, this also brings all the noise from the party goers up to 6am. There wasn’t anywhere to hang clothes etc and the sofa beds were ROCK hard but the property served a purpose and was clean and warm

For the price you can’t argue. It’s comfortable, clean, brilliant location bang in the middle of the city. That does make it noisy but apart from that no complaints. It’s v basic but that was fine.

Check the detail before booking

The email asking for photo ID comes from a non-iStay email address, which we thought was dodgy. Better to get warning about this when booking. When info arrived, it was very clear. Cleaning staff were lovely, very friendly and did a good job cleaning the apartment. The apartment is opposite Cayote Ugly, which is open until 3am every night. So if you want to sleep before that, this is probably not the place for you. It’s also quite warm. The (very loud) alarm went off before 7am in the morning and there was no way for us to turn it off or know who to contact. It eventually went off. Location is great, very central. The apartment is very spacious.

Overall the apartment was nice and well presented. The sofa beds aren’t great in terms of comfort but the beds were really comfortable. As the weather has been really warm for the last few days the room was unbearably hot and although there were blow heaters provided we didn’t find a fan. The apartment was clean, but I did notice quite a lot of dust on the skirting boards. As we expected it was quite loud outside until just after 3am - we already knew this when we booked so this didn’t bother us. We did also have the windows open due to the heat which will have impacted the noise level. Location wise it’s brilliant to access to nightlife and shops. For some reason the fire alarm went off at 7am in the morning when we stayed, obviously that can’t be helped and luckily there was no fire. I would stay here again but I wouldn’t advise staying here with children or if you’re wanting a peaceful getaway 😊

We got there and a lady helped us check in. The only downside was being woken by a fire alarm the next morning which after phoning security still hadn't been sorted by the time we checked out 2 hours later.

Not the best place.

The apartment we were in was no. 11 and it was OK but it smelt damp and when we arrived there was water over part of the kitchen floor from the fridge/freezer and needless to say we weren't going to clean it up. This could be the reason for the damp smell of course but it isn't somewhere we would look to stay again as we have stayed in much nicer apartments in the city. Also, we could not get the TV to work which was very frustrating.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They did not return my security deposit after I check out of the apartment. I have sent emails but no response at all. Based on reviews from Google or other sources, it seems that it happens. THEY ARE CHEATS!

The shower was not working. Since the service apartment does not have 24 hours front desk, I sent massage to property immediately. However, no reply. I sent massage to booking agent then, but still not work. Finally , I did not take shower that night! It is very unreasonable. I would like to ask for partial refund seriously. I made reservations via Expedia for many times. And I never applied for refund. I hope the booking agent could handle this seriously, thank you.
