"Our overnight stay was okay considering the price. The staff we interacted with was friendly. The towel rack in the bathroom was halfway off the wall - the screws at the top of the rack were completely out of the wall on both sides which left the top half hanging a couple inches away from the wall. The TV had lines running through it and was well past needing to replaced. It was watchable but distracting. The soap dispenser in the bathroom put up a fight any time we needed soap. The location of the toilet paper holder also meant a lot of smashed elbows I was surprised we were placed in what was clearly supposed to be an accessible room that didnt feel very accessible. To be clear, we didn't require an accessible room so it functioned fine for us, but I could see others having plenty of issues."

"DOES NOT HAVE A HOT TUB as advertised on Orbitz. Outside doors were broken and left unlocked 24/7. Staff was great, breakfast was delicious!"
