"For the price, it was far better than the competitors in the area. We stayed at another place in Morehead for the price the trip before and it was NOT good. This place was clean, convenient, and checkin/out was easy!"

"Rooms were clean, loved that they still had connecting rooms. Beds were very hard, not very comfortable. AC was loud when in kicked on which took some getting used to especially while trying to sleep. Staff was usually in the back room or in front of property smoking but they were friendly and very nice."

"We booked the jacuzzi room. Arrived around 11p. There was some confusion since we'd paid thru Expedia. We were given room keys while staff sorted it out. Room cooled off quickly. Clean. Bed was comfy. Door bolt would not latch and no door bar. I know the area so that wasnt a big deal. It's not a froo froo place. It's a nice hotel to have a good soak and a peaceful sleep."

"The motel overall was great. It’s an older place so if you are going to nit pick everything that’s older. It’s not for you. The place is very laid back and the staff is great. Housekeeping came and gave us fresh towels/made the beds. It has a pool, restaurant and bar that make it very convenient. We will definitely be back."

"This was a very nice place to stay. Very convenient to downtown Maysville. I thought it was very comfortable and the breakfast was first rate! There are downstairs (first floor) rooms, but mine was on the top floor and no elevator. So please note if you have mobility issues. I parked on the street so I don’t know what other options are available. Lovely place and historic property."
