"Don't expect toilet paper unless you're willing to pay a massive upcharge! New boutique hotel in mint condition and great location in Maida Vale. Staff (all off-site) was wonderful during booking process online. We were initially told there was AC in the room we booked but then management realized there wasn't so they upgraded us to a room with AC at no extra charge. Bed was comfortable. "Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"The front desk help was very good. The restaurant was convenient and reasonably priced. The pod to terminal 5 is awesome. Kind people. Conveniently located. If you are outside the property, it is impossible to contact the front desk as they don’t pick up phone calls."

"The Staff was very helpful. The location was perfect. There is a walkway from terminal 4 directly to the hotel. Even at night, it was lit up and felt very safe. There was a restaurant in the lobby, as well as a coffee shop. They also store bags which is very helpful. The rooms were a decent size and the beds were comfy. It was a great hotel for a 1 night stay in London before we flew out."
