My partner called 3 minutes later and the same guy picked up, she literally said that exact thing I did and the guy suddenly was very happy to wave the fee and was much more up-beat talking to her than to me....

"My room, 210, was on the other side of the hotel. The room was literally terrible. There was one over head light that worked, the two bedside lights were as dim as candles. There were no usb outlets, in fact only two outlets in the room. No clock, they advertised a desk but there was no light or chair. The bathroom had a strong mold odor. The bed was firm.
