Some good points: easy location, ample free parking, and large rooms with balconies. However this hotel clearly isn’t run to the same high standards as others in the chain. The decor has bumps, scrapes and marks everywhere, and it’s not acceptable to let black mould grow in the shower. "

All round, the hotel was clean, staff were courteous, and was only a short walk the main area of Ghent. The breakfast was delightful, and dinner was classy at the Olivier Le Petit Bistro.
