On arrival the cleaner, who was dressed very inappropriately, also said she didn’t have it and only gave us a room after phoning the manager. The room was unacceptable. The toilet was in the corner with no privacy, no walls or door. The shower was dirty, and the jacuzzi tub was run‑down and unhygienic. There was no proper tap; instead, a pump fed water from a bucket, producing boiling, foul‑smelling water. The...
