"Right from check-in, a lovely lady warmly greeted us and very quickly we had our room key and I would point out that hotels could learn from this experience. As our flight was very early the young lady told us about the hotels early breakfast availability which was fantastic. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again if I was travelling into Bergen. Well done Clarion. "

"Staying at the Grand Hotel was a privilege, it is a wonderful hotel with warm, kind and friendly staff. The rooms are well appointed with a smart TV, very comfortable beds and a Nespresso machine! The tap water tastes so clean and fresh here. There is daily housekeeping which was respectfully and conveniently timed and done well.
