Visited at off-season (late Sept) so the main check-in desk was not closed, but luckily bumped into the staff and was helped out with the process. If that person wasn't around I probably still been trying to figure out what to do. Restaurant was also closed for the season, so I basically went across the way, next hotel over for dinner. Resort is good, right on the water. There were units being updated w/ carpenters working -for next season, I presume. *note* Be careful on the driveway as there are tall street lamps -multiple-between the parking spaces, with virtually no indication of its existence (had to consciously keep in mind to avoid it. It's hazardous especially at rainy night w/ poor visibility) Otherwise nice quite place to visit.

The most beautiful location sitting out on the fjord. The apartment was beautiful, the furniture top class in the kitchen well appointed. The self check in would not let me check in after 3 pm, saying the room wasn’t ready so I had to contact staff via WhatsApp. On checkout, I was emailed a checkout online form which required me to pay an additional sum so I went to the checkout booth to check out via that method and it also told me I owed the same amount of money. I had paid upfront via Expedia and you didn’t have anything else to pay. I did contact them and tell them this was happening and I couldn’t check out and they said just leave your key and go. I wonder how many people actually pay this thinking they owe additional money. There is something to be a bit weary Of. Other than that, this place is the best place I have stayed in Norway by far. I will be back.

Beds are unmade when you arrive and you have to make them yourself. They had an issue with the heating so it was boiling in the apartment and there was no way to turn down the heat. Staff was unhelpful, but friendly. Bathroom looked like a sad gym shower. You’re required to download an app for access. Be wary of when cruises are in port, it took 20 minutes to get out of the parking lot because there were hundreds of cruisers walking to the brewery. View was incredible though.

Even though we only had 1 night here we really had a great stay at this resort. It was nice to sit on the balcony during the time we were here which gave us a beautiful view of the fjord. The apartment had everything we needed and there was a nice restaurant just by the resort . Next time we would like to stay here longer

Rooms were clean. In the top bunk bed, the mattress was taller than the railing and therefore not safe for children to sleep. No shampoo or body wash provided. The view was incredible

Ein wunderschöner Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns erwartet. Einfach sagenhaft. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet, hat alles was man braucht. Zur Saison gibt es alle möglichen Aktivitäten. Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

wat goed is , is de plek van de accommodatie, en de schhonheid/kwaliteit van de lakens. slecht is de kwaliteit van de inventaris, de grootte van de televisie, het aanwezig zijn van receptiepersoneel bij aankomst, het onderhoud van de gebouwen, vooral de buitenzijde. ook de mogelijkheid van elektrisch laden. deze was er wel, maar werkte niet! misschien weet een kenner er wel mee omgaan, maar de doorsnee gebruiker niet. kortom niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sehr schönes Apartment direkt am Fjord. Bisschen deko würde nicht schaden, macht aber Nix. Aktuell sind auch Renovierungen am Gange (zb Eingang wird verschönert mit Holz) Es wäre gut gewesen wenn die Infos aktuell sind bzgl. Öffnungszeiten des Restaurants, wir hatten Gottseidank Plan B. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 15 min entfernt. Der vor Ort macht schon um 18 Uhr zu
