"Rooms were clean and staff was professional and courteous. We checked in at 3:30am with no issues with multiple staffers at lobby and check-in desk for speed. Shuttle was right on time depending on time table provided. Breakfast was awesome with lots of options and fresh pastries and omelets made to order. They graciously provided late check-out since we had a shorter stay. "

The views of the Dubai Creek were simply stunning, and I loved watching the sunset over the water. The hotel's staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with a wide selection of delicious dishes to suit every palate. Staff such as Ramesh and Joyshi went above and beyond to assist us. The location was perfect for exploring Dubai's historic sites, and the hotel's proximity to the creek made it easy to take a traditional abra ride or stroll along the waterfront. The Hotel need to do more to accommodate early check ins as a lot of flights arrive in Dubai early in the morning. Overall, I would highly recommend the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in Dubai. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give it ten stars if I could!"
