Typically amazing service from City Avenue Al Reqqa is the key reason why I return to this hotel again and again. Check in staff Mustafa was typically amazingly helpful and housekeeping staff Madhu is the epitome of hospitality. Enjoyed my stay as always!

It was ok price/quality ratio. Place was a bit shabby but staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean. Location is ok because close enough to metro. Area is Deira, not the most glamorous in Dubai but i felt safe most of the time. Got to watch out, there are hustlers around metro entrance, i just ignored them and went about my business. I couldn't use the pool because it was opening too late for me and closing too soon, and i had my day plans in the city. To access metro (15min walk), you will need to cross a bridge (stairs, not a problem for me but for some travelers with disabilities, something to keep in mind). Breakfast was ok, not great, good enough if you want something quick.

A perfect hotel conveniently situated in between two very easily accessible metro stations Union and Rigga. Sat on the locally famous Al Rigga Street this hotel is a perfect destination. Food places all over the place, depending on the time of year you’ll have easy access to Rigga Night Markets. Short distance from Gold Souks, Deira and Baniyas Square. Part of the “old town” but a perfect location for a great get away. Staff is extremely helpful especially Mostafa at reception.

Good hotel for business traveler

It’s my second stay at this hotel I will come again. The exécutive rooms are very large and convenient for remote work. The front desk officer Roma is very professionnal and helpful. The only issue i had is the surrounding noise. Probably an outside AC fan that is very loud at the back of the property.

I’m pretty happy about my stay at this Hotel. I stayed here for 4 days the staff was very friendly and one person who worked there was not good enough. He was complaining about my luggage and misbehaving with my wife. This is should be teach a lesson.
