The hotel is clean, cozy and accessible. However the breakfast menu is limited and the ACs were under repair. avoid the 4th floor as its noisy with the ACs and the planes flying over. Overall the staff were kind and polite.

Good location to access old Dubai. Rooms were well appointed and functional, staff were friendly and helpful. There is some noice from aircraft as it’s close to the flight path however this is not unique to this hotel and most of Diera hotels have this issue, so if you are sensitive to noice then maybe book elsewhere in Dubai.

It was excellent services. Awesome. The property is nice. The services are very nice. Breakfast was awesome and the staff are polite, honest, and nice especially Charles who is on the front counter, Manager (A Black Guy) who is helpful and Harris at the restaurant. The hotel is surrounded with options for food and shopping. Nice park in the front Rooms were clean and well maintained. We had an issue with the toilet but that was resolved quickly. Very helpful and courteous staff. Would definitely go and stay there again
