"Staff was welcoming and helpful. Any questions, we had about the room and facility were answered upon check-in. We had several questions regarding the local transportation system, stops, best way to get to our destinations & restaurant suggestions. All the staff provided additional info with the exception of one who was vague in his answers. Overall, we were very pleased."
