"I was very pleased with this hotel and would stay there again. Great waffle bar! And access to 24hr coffee/tea (although the tea water was pretty cooled off by 9pm and we didn't have a microwave in our room). Very helpful, accommodating staff in all regards. We had to wait to check in our room and were comped parking for the wait. Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Accessible to entertainment: Convenient to all downtown sites and bus access. We bought a round trip ticket to Cowtown for $4 and...

"This hotel serves its purpose, but nothing extra. It was quite noisy - the walls were paper thin. We could hear the alarm going off next door both nights we stayed there. Our keys were coded wrong and they locked us out of the room for our second night - which they did easily solve at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was simple, but adequate. Bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, eggs and bacon crumbles. Parking was the bonus here. Easy to park. Average room, nothing special, but would stay...

"I honestly expected far more from this Hotel….. my room looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 80’s. I’ve stayed at Motel 6 and had a much nicer room for 59.00….. but this one cost me 359.00. Would not recommend this hotel …. Old and outdated! I will say the staff was pleasant…. The room just sucked!"

"The front desk employees were very nice. However, this was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Unfortunately we didn’t get back to our room until very late, so it felt too late to complain. The bedding was dirty, used bandages in the sheets; the towels were very rough; the room in general was just dirty; and the tv has spots in the screen where the lcd had burned out. The outside balcony area was neat, but very worn out cushions. In general- things looked like the pictures. I’m just...
