"The lady that checked us in wasn't exactly welcoming but got the job done. When we got to our room, the carpet was soaking wet. I went back and asked to switch rooms. She was accommodating, however, she was more focused on finding other employees to tell them what was going on then she was on helping us. We got to the second room and the bathroom floor was wet.
