"I booked this as just a place near the airport to spend the night at the end of my visit; I had spent the previous 4 nights of my stay in a small city 40 miles away in a similarly priced hotel. The other place had a clean room but nothing else. It was a much older building and smelled musty. Sleep Inn was clean and fresh in every area. I slept my best sleep of the whole trip here because it was so comfortable, clean and restful"

"This is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. "I loved everything about La Tourelle! The location, the natural surroundings, the incredibly kind and thoughtful staff, the beautiful decor, the water stations so I didn't have to use plastic water bottles, the super comfortable mattress and bedding, the incredible array of interesting books in the room, the jetted tub, the balcony from which I could see a lovely pond and the gorgeous trees on the outskirts of the property...all of it was absolutely perfect! "Very well-appointed hotel! Everyone went the extra mile, especially the breakfast staff. The facility was clean and top-notch in all ways. I had almost given up on Best Western, but now, I'm willing to give them another chance. This was one of the best places we've stayed in over the last several years. Keep up the good work!"
