"The Radisson's location is wonderful for exploring the Gaffer District as it is in easy walking distance from its location. The Corning Museum is much more of a hike from the hotel than we could attempt so we went there by car but were able to stroll easily to the Rockwell museum. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating to all of our concerns. We stayed there for 2 days and 3 nights. The restaurant had very good food, great staff and a bar available as well. "We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"I had no light switch in the room had no idea how to turn the lights on and then when I figured out there is no main switch only two small lights worked. The big light in the middle did not work. The phone on that same power source was not working either. The room was very warm when I got there and it took a few hours to cool down and was not the most comfortable. In all honesty I also did not report any of this until I checked out."

"Staff was wonderful! Facilities are a bit worn. It has seen better days. The parking is weird, no place to park close enough to the front door. One of the elevators was not working so long wait to use the one that was working. Ice machines not on each floor and the one that was supposed to be on the 5th floor didn’t work. Definitely needs an upgrade but not a horrible place to stay. Room was clean but worn. I’d give it a 7/10 but 10/10 for staff."
