"Stayed 1 night in Sept 25. Arrived on a Sunday after a long drive & restaurant closed. Clearly end of season in locality with shops closed or closing for the season. Restaurants also closing for season, so limited options. Hotel well located, staff very helpful & breakfast good value. We enjoyed our stat"

"We stayed here for only one night but it was so cosy and clean, we really enjoyed it. We were celebrating our engagement and the host upgraded our room to a lake view to congratulate us. The room was clean and well equipped. The bathroom was big and spotless. The hosts were very friendly and tried to make everything as hassle-free as possible and offered to book us a table at the onsite restaurant. "We stumbled on this hidden gem en route to Geneva. We booked a suite for a family which was away from the main hotel we used the car a walk to the main hotel with small children would be possible but tricky. The staff were superb, the food in the restaurant exquisite, the food for the children sublime. Yes it’s expensive but it was worth it. The only thing the hotel lacks is a pool. We would definitely head back there. "
