"I recently stayed at Motel 6 San Diego and unfortunately had a number of concerns that made the stay less comfortable than expected. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, which made us avoid using the shower entirely because we didn’t want to activate it or breathe it in. "Checking in was fast and easy. The room was nice and comfortable but there was some flaws. Once me and my girlfriend walked into our “non smoking” room, the room smelt like cigarettes and chemicals. Eventually it went away but the next evening it smelled like cigarettes once again. The bed and pillows were comfortable but both pillow cases were stained. My girlfriend was getting bit by something in the bed, we weren’t sure what it was. We also encountered 5 small cockroaches in the room as well....

"I honestly think, if I relieved myself in the middle of the room, then it would improve the hygiene levels of the place. To say that it was dirty would be an understatement. The windows were so dirty that you couldn’t see out of them. The bathroom was so dirty with faucets hanging off, so badly that I refused to use them. The doors didn’t close, the ceiling was falling down; I dared not touch the TV remote in case I caught something. The bed linen was from world war 2, I would be surprised...

"The property was disgusting, and the rooms floor has never been mopped. When I walked on it. My feet became black. I had to go and buy slippers in order to walk in my room. It was the most grossest place I’ve ever stayed in in my life. If I could give it a zero stars, I would I would not recommend to go to this motel six at all. It’s zero out of 10."
