It has an excellent location with beautiful views. The room is very spacious. The dinner buffet is regular and not very varied. We had a problem in the bathroom with a water leak from the toilet so the floor was always wet. and when you turn on the key of the water it comes out spilling out abruptly, so always getting you wet. That was the only problem. Maybe the rooms need a little maintenance.

Sertil Royal is a good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed the view of Oludeniz and the pool was lovely. It was quiet and clean. We did have to switch rooms because the toilet was broken when we got the room. But they were very accommodating and quick to put us in another room. We also got to the hotel 3 hours early and they allowed us to check in early which was very kind of them. Breakfast was good with quite a lot of variety to chose from.

Straight out of a horror movie.

Straight out of a horror movie. We were told we were “upgraded” to a walk-out pool room, but to even get to the room we had to go down two separate elevators, through multiple long hallways, a restaurant, three staircases, and puddles of smelly fish water on the ground. When we finally opened the door, the room was covered in mold — the walls were literally black with it. It was so bad I wouldn’t put an animal in that room. When we refused to stay there, the only “alternative” they offered was a room that looked like a used workers’ quarters: a pull-out bed on the floor and a large hole in the door next to the handle covered with a measly thin layer of tape, making it unsafe and easily opened from the outside. Completely unacceptable. We left the hotel exhausted, hungry, and still salty from the beach, forced to search late at night for another hotel. To make matters worse, this was the day after my fiancée and I got engaged - instead of celebrating, we were dealing with this nightmare. The management was unprofessional and the office smelled of cigarettes and had alcohol bottles lying around. They promised a refund, but have yet to process it through Hotels.com. This hotel is unethical, unsafe, and unsanitary and is not in compliance with basic health and safety standards. You are better off sleeping outside than at this hotel. Do not book here.

Öncelikle fiyat çok iyiydi ve odalar geniş , havlular nevresimler beyaz ve temizdir. Manzara mükemmel. Bazi eksikler var mesela duşta basınç çok az, balkonda jacuzzi var ama su gider kapağı kapamiyor vs. Ama bunlar idare edecek şeyler. Havuz çok iyi ve biz kahvalti aldik sadece ama o da yeterliydi memnunduk yanı. Tek üzüntüm odadan cüzdanımdan para alindi. Resepsiyonda şikayette bulundum ama tabii bir sonuça varamadik. Bunun dişinda güzel vakıt geçirdik.

3 kişi konakladık, otele ilk adım attığımızdan itibaren herşey kötüydü. Odamızda kapı kilidi bozuktu, ışıklar yanmıyordu, sifon bozuktu ve odada böcekler vardı. Odamızı ertesi gün öğle 1 de değiştirdiler ve tatilimize geç başladık. Çalışanların ilgi alakası berbattı ve otel çalışanları sorumsuz davranıyorlar. Yemekler çok kötüydü ve çok az çeşit vardı. Birdaha uğramayacağım bir otel. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

Otelin en güzel yanı manzarası bu konuda tereddütsüz ordaki en iyi konum bence. Sessiz sakin güzel ortam çalışanlar güleryüzlü odalar temiz. Tek eksik odadaki dolap çalışmıyor buda bilinen bişey galiba. Kahvaltı açık büfe herşey vardı. İnsanların beklentisi elbet farklıdır ama tekrar gitmeyi istediğim yerdi.
