"We had a mixed experience. Overall, the facillity is modern and clean. The staff were uniformly competent, friendly, and helpful. Our first room was unsatisfactory, due to a bath/shower that felt unsafe (no grab bars and unstable footing). They moved us to an ADA room that was better. We aren't disabled, but we are in our late 70s, and didn't feel comfortable in the first room. The hotel breakfasts (which we paid extra for) were excellent. The location was convenient, a few blocks from the Wall Street subway station. There are a couple of good bagel shops nearby."

"I stayed at the Holiday Inn New York City – Wall Street for four nights and had a great experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient—within walking distance to the World Trade Center and Battery Park, and about a 20-minute walk to Chinatown. It’s also very easy to access the subway from the hotel, which made getting around the city simple. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and the bathroom had everything we needed for a four-night stay. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in Lower Manhattan."
