"The food was great but the rooms not great. My 1st room was so noisy I hardly got any sleep and was moved to another room where the bathroom smelt so badly of mould.
The food was good and steam room good. The sauna handle fell off which was not great, as hard to get in and out. "

"The food was excellent and a great choice of drinks.
The rooms are tired and small and dont get cleaned every day. The hallways were particularly dirty with stained carpets. Then they only do bins and make beds. They never removed any dirty cups or glasses during our stay. The concept is amazing and some parts are outstanding whilst others require a lot of attention."

"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. Das Bett war unbequem, da ein einfaches Holzbrett als Lattenrost diente und die Matratze extrem durchgelegen war. Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.
