"The room was furnished with 2 single beds and a queen size bed. Mattresses very comfortable, bedding clean. The bathroom was a little tight and outdated. I would definitely stay again. Very close to town center. Parking de Poste is very close underground parking and inexpensive for 24 hours."

"Hotel room was clean and spacious. Perfectly located right next to the lake and in the heart of the old town. Not many amenities but that was fine since the lake is right there. Highly recommend!"

"Great room, very nice early check in and special directions were key to get to the hotel because it’s in the heart of the town. Excellent location! Private secure garage parking was also key. Only thing to Know is the breakfast buffet is an additional 40€ a person which was really out of line with each other place we stayed. Looked beautiful, but cheaper better restaurants nearby. They should make a little coffee station for those who just want a hot coffee in the morning, since there was...

"It was a pretty good hotel for the price. We got in just before 10:00 but staff had already left for the night so we checked in through the automated check in, which was pretty smooth. The building is a bit dated so there was some cigarette smell when entering, and the occasional whiff of sewer smell from in the room but it seemed to go away pretty quickly. Comfortable bed and great set up for a family of four."

"The hotel was nice. The location for quiet and fresh air was perfect. The staff was good. My major issue was the construction. Their site stated that the construction would begin at 9:30. While not ideal, this was acceptable to us. At 8:03am the diesel loaders were all started up, at 8:06 the back up alarms went offf on the dump truck. All things were beautiful up until that point when I was awaken that way. If they had been transparent and disclosed that the construction would start at 8:00 I...

"Zeker geen 3 sterren waard. Al wat we melden aan receptie ivm leeg zeepbakje bijvullen, geen staander voor bagage op te leggen werd niet opgelost. Geen bar aanwezig om iets te drinken in hotel. IJskast op kamer koelde niet. Terras was super vuil en vol Asse van de rokers voordien. Kamer niet aangekleed en weinig verlichting. Geen lang hanggedeelte in kleerkast want ijskast stond eronder. Bijna geen leggedeelte dus valiezen niet kunnen uitpakken voor 4 dagen. Kleine badkamer kan een opfrisbeurt...

"Very nice accommodation. Had everything we needed. Nice to have a full apartment in a good location. Air conditioning was much appreciated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only one lift was in order, so a bit slow getting up and down. One of the beds in the pull out couch wasn’t very clean. It would have been nice to have a trash can in the kitchen. I understand wanting to reduce waste, but some things do need to be thrown away. The compost bag was great, but instructions for disposal...

"It's a little drive away from Annecy town. To do the journey by bus, you need to catch the number 3 then change to the number 12 at La Chapelle. The hotel itself is clean, check-in was easy, breakfast wasn't fancy but perfectly fine. My only downside is that it was very very hot while I was there and there was no drinking water available. There is one vending machine in the lobby and water was always sold out. I think the hotel could benefit from a couple of water coolers in the lobby or in...
