"Average. Large room, but bathroom is literally a washroom with no separate shower unit. No gym . Toilet roll holder fell off wall whilst there"

"These were rental apartments which have repurposed as serviced apartment/hotel style, the outlook is reasonable, but the apartment themselves still has old layout, the floor, windows, washrooms are not good, we had leakage and drainage issues in both the washrooms. Considering overall conditions these apartments are over-priced for the rent they are charging. The receptionist did not know English at all, which made communication very difficult."
