No sooner had our reservation processed through Hotel.com Delta canceled our flight. We immediately called the hotel to explain what happened and they refused to refund the stay. Zero customer service. Stay away"

"Dirty, poorly maintained rooms. Dirty bedding, floors, toilets, non functioning electrical outlets. Only good thing is the location and friendly staff."
