"Staff upon check in was aloof. The key pad to the room was dead and therefore had to switch rooms. Again the staff person was cool and indifferent. Otherwise once we got into our room it was a very clean and nice room. Great location."

"The facility needs some work. The person that checked us in was very helpful. He carried our heavy suitcases up the stairs for us."
