Bestiful , historical house in the city centre , still short walk to the beach. Breakfast can be served in their attractive large garden. Very helpful staff to take care of your needs.. Signora Gabriela is a most friendly and efficient manager.

The hotel is charming and well maintained in the middle of the charming small town of Fano. We were offered a medium sized flat, so the two of us had more than plenty space. The place is beautiful, with a lovely garden in the backyard. We really felt like home here, and the staff was excellently helpful and friendly. Great valua for money, highly recommended.

The ideal room in the perfect location

Palazzo Rotati is an ancient building right in the middle of downtown Fano. Perfectly maintained and decorated by ancient beautiful paintings. As soon as you get inside you feel transported centuries ago. Our room was excellent, with the best mattress I ever experienced. It included a living room with kitchen as well, a balcony with ocean view. Service was attentive and kind. Room service for breakfast available.

We had a lovely time at this unique place. The owner was super nice and organised a table at a great restaurant for dinner. To made the experience even better, we had the joy to meet the two adorable palazzo-doggies Jack & Toni. We do highly recommend this hidden gem!
