"I highly recommend the Hyatt. The staff were so very helpful. They were very accommodating to my aging mother and when they saw she had some mobility issues immediately let me know that we could park on site for the off site price. This made it easy to get to our room, by simply taking the elevator. The staff were also very accommodating offering suggestions for meals and easy ways to get places. "Our room on the 3rd floor with a excellent view was perfect! We loved the room, location and all the amenities that the Sheraton provided. The only negative is valet service. The wait is too long for luggage service and the car service. Over all everyone was super nice and friendly. We would definitely return to this Sheraton."

No microwave, no free coffee in lobby, parking at hotel is $50, your location is a 15-20 minute walk to get to the Falls unless you want to pay $8 round trip to take the mini incline down. Not convenient. The room costs way too much to not have a good view. Pillows were barely stuffed."

"Broken fixtures in the bathroom, broken furniture in the living area and the mattress was hard as a concrete slab. The floor probably was more comfortable to sleep on."
