"The check inn was awful with Jass Kaur, demanding for a credit card all the time even I pay the security deposit in cash but she was asking for one more for the file ? The room wasn’t clean properly , we found lots of hair in the floor , the breakfast wasn’t that bad but they said is a buffet so maybe more options as mains ? No just 4 items ? Anyways. The price wasn’t so bad so I said maybe 7 overall "

"Our stay was one of convenience - an overnight stay followed by a shuttle bus trip to YYC in the morning. Our vehicle would remain parked there for the duration of our vacation, after which we would stay another night after a long flight home and shuttle bus pickup. All this makes a wonderful vacation. Unfortunately, the dire needs of a 'smoker', who chose to practice the habit in the stairwell, caused the fire alarm sound which then created an evacuation, twice, once at 0130 h and next at 0400 h. CFD attended both calls. Our sleep time was compromised. Otherwise, the facility deserves 5 stars."

"Strongly recommend avoid this hotel. Smoke detector was visibly broken. Hallways smelled like urine. Bedroom dingy and hairs from previous guests found in both beds. The shower and bath didn’t work because the faucet wouldn’t turn, was broken. Area of town was somewhat sketchy so overall would definitely avoid. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and great though. "
