"Arrived on a cold, windy evening and got checked into my room. Right away I noticed a whistling sounds coming from the wall mounted AC unit due the a gap from the outside allowing the wind in. I notified the front desk and they kindly offered to change and upgrade my room at no extra charge. Friendly, great service from the front desk staff. Will def stay again!"

"We knew it was under renovation and that was not the issue. The breakfast area was filthy even with a staff on duty. They were keeping water in the oil spray for waffles. Garbage was overflowing Pool was open… never towels and very cold. I would not return to this property."

Beds were extremely squeaky, soft (sink into the bed and unstable. I thought my mom was going to fall off the bed. When I called front desk about this I was told “all our mattresses are like this”. Pilllows even though noted soft and firm were flat like pancake. Did not sleep a wink and had extreme back pain. Rooms were dark - not enough lighting. Kitchen...

"The staff, from the room attendants to the kitchen, to the front desk were all very friendly and efficient. 24 hour coffee and tea (good coffee) and fresh baked cookies and fruit was a nice touch that I really enjoyed, when I needed a snack/beverage. Pool was warm! And clean. My bed was very comfortable. Super soft sheets. Spacious room and bathroom. No complaints. The location is great. Easy walk to the mall restaurants in nice weather. I am going to book a return stay in September. Thank you...
