"I’ve always loved this hotel and have stayed multiple times. It’s in an awesome area of the city, close enough to everything but not in the center of the chaos. However, this last experience, we were placed next to the housekeeping service elevator and we did not sleep the entire night. We could hear every time the doors opened, closed and whenever the elevator moved. I ended up asking for a room change and it was much better but truthfully the room we were in should not be an option for guests....

"Room was clean and stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not spend too much time in the hotel on a day to day just for sleep so it was good! If you are travelling with alot of luggage/stuff the rooms might be small. We had only a backpack and it was great. Location is great right next to grand central to take subway lines and walking distance to many spots!
