Stain on bed, shower does not drain, rude apathetic staff, cleaning staff peeking in window 1.5 hours before check out is absolutely unacceptable, rude and an invasion of our privacy. No effort what so ever to rectify the matter nor any effort to accommodate a 15 min early check in. I’m not referring to 1-2 hours earlier, it was literally 15 min with attitude from the most apathetic young male host. They monopolize on being unaccommodating and apathetic as they are one of the few hotels close to SHU.

It's not fancy but the rooms are updated, comfortable and clean as is the main check-in area and breakfast space. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking is easy.

My family and I found our stay at the circle hotel to be a great a experience. The renovated rooms are bright and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for visiting local colleges.

We left a fire stick remote in one room and had to change to another the next day. Don’t know how the remote disappeared but house cleaning and front desk staff told us it wasn’t in the room and they never found it…very disappointing

The people that roomed next door to us were inappropriate and loud. Don’t sleep a wink. I was going on a college tour with my daughter the next day and went on no sleep. My poor teenager had to hear things that she shouldn’t have to.

TV did not work and needed to be reset by the staff. Ants in the bathroom. Stains on pillows and pillowcases. More than usual dust and dirt on carpet. This hotel seems to have high ratings. Not sure if those are associated with the summer season but with the pool closed and no local beaches open, the price to stay one night did not seem in-line with winter/early-spring time bookings

I always shy away from “motels”. Ya know, stereotypical reasons. This was the only place geographically close to where I needed to be. Im happy to share the unit/room was clean. Bed was squeaky but very comfortable. Bathroom and carpets clean too. Generally, the property was clean. Kinda strange having to walk outside and up open-air stairs to get to my unit/room. The room didnt have a key card. Rather a push button lock with a code. That was different. They offered complimentary breakfast but I didnt partake. All the license plates showed guests from NY and MA. No CT plates. I felt secure. No shady looking characters lurking about; which I kinda expected. Im glad I was wrong. The front desk was very customer focused and kind. If I need to return to that area, I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

I believe that this isnone of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. My son and I are homeless due to being abandoned from an abusive relationship. The Circle's impeccable customer service made me and my son feel safe
