"The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows so weak they really could have been nonexistent.
The bathroom was nice and clean but the toilet had to be flushed a few times before it worked properly. The staff answered most of the questions we asked but offered nothing unless
asked. Charlotte and Leann (servers at bar) need
to find different work or take a course on customer service. It would have been nice to see a manager once in a three night stay. We never had dinner because it was just crazy...

"This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience.
I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away.
My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

"Perfect location if you have an early flight out of Bristol. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The restaurant left much to be desired...not great choices and food was average. The lobby and restaurant area felt institutional but the hotel had most of what you need for a short stay."

"The service of the staff was excellent and car parking is free. However, the plug sockets next to the bed required moving the bedside tables, so if you want to use any electrical devices whilst in bed, you had to use the sockets across the room. The toilet positioned in the room were too close to the wall and the handles to open the windows were loose and call fall out anytime. "

"Beautifully refurbished room, clean and incredibly comfortable with great amenities and wonderful staff. Slight criticism is the impossibly small sized size of the sink in the bathroom, that small infact, when trying to wash my face I may or may not have bumped my head off the tap (insert laughs here). Electrical sockets would have also been ideal to both sides of the bed. Didn't have breakfast but did pop in for a evening beverage and the pub was stunning. Bit on the pricey side but again...

"Great location, beautifully decorated room and good quality bedding, towels, toiletries etc.
However .. our room (9) was TINY .. the gap on one side of the bed was approx 8 inches between the bed and the wall so very difficult to navigate safely particularly at night without stubbing your toe on the one side or bumping into to door handle on the other.
There was no where to put a suitcase to unpack other than on the bed or the floor which was difficult for us.
The en-suite was tastefully...
