On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. Top Faddiley Hotel Reviews

Village Hotel St David's, Nr Chester

10/10 Excellent

"Very helpful staff"

Nunsmere Hall Hotel

8/10 Good

"Well-placed hotel as a stopover en-route to Cruising from Liverpool. The Dining room lacked atmosphere, had a limited menu choice, though evening meal was well presented and tasty, but was rather expensive. ‘Petunia’ Bedroom was of a good size, had excellent views of the extensive gardens and was very clean - it would not be ideal for disabled due to a small staircase leading to the room and another just inside the room. Documentation provided clearly indicates the potential charges associated with a lost Room Key or Toiletries taken from the room and a discretionary 10% Service Charge added to all Restaurant and Bar bills."
