"Wir hatten 2 Hotelzimmer gebucht vom 13.12 bis zum 14.12. Vor Ort war dann aber eine Gesellschaft drin und man sagte uns es liege keine Reservierung von Expedia vor. Laut Expedia hat bis heute auch niemand von dem Hotel auf die Mails von Expedia reagiert. "

"Het hotel was echt netjes en vriendelijke mensen. Heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt. Alleen het enige minpuntje wat ik vond is dat er geen barretje was in het hotel waar je s’ avonds nog even een drankje kan doen. "

"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

Small groceries were available for purchase (cash box deposit) and excellent pizzas in the freezer to warm up in the well-equipped central kitchens. Everything was clean, working, and well maintained. We had a great time skiing from this location. "

"The hotel environment is beautiful and the facilities are comprehensive. With so many kids' facilities, it’s perfect for families. The room size is just right—clean and tidy. The morning coffee was excellent. I was especially impressed by Katrina at the restaurant; her top-notch service and attitude truly stood out. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Sauber, gemütlich, familier"

"Die Lage ist super, allerdings sind die 4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt. Sämtliche Türen quietschen, sodass man die Zimmernachbarn hört. Des Weiteren ist das Hotel recht hellhörig. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts (1 Woche) wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt inkl. des Badezimmers. Im Bad sammelte sich der Staub und der Schimmel (an der Decke und in der Dusche). Man hört die ganze Zeit in regelmäßigen Abständen ein Brummen, was für einen gesunden Schlaf nicht gerade förderlich ist. Der Wellness...

"WLAN in unserem Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, aber die nette Rezeptionistin den Preis vom Billiard erlassen. Wir konnten Schwimmbad und Wellness 2 Stunden kostenlos benutzen. In der Garage gab es einen Lift für das Auto."
