"The hotel and stay there were amazing but what makes this place so good is the staff there. The front desk staff ( from check-in to check-out and everyone in between), every one of them were helpful and accommodating whenever we needed them. Thank you for making our stay so peaceful and excellent. The hotel is next to a metro station and most tourist spots are easily accessible. Hotel has all the ameneties and more. "

"My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and it was lovely. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable.The location of the hotel is also good. While we were in Brussels, we took a local train to Braine L'Alleud station to visit Waterloo battlefield/Lion's Mound. The museum was excellent and climbing 225 steps was worth the trouble. I will recommend the hotel."

Great stay and good value!
"We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English."
