We stopped in here for the night on route to germany. An excellent place to stay with parking, lots of nice restaurants and bars close by. The hotel was in great condition and the breakfast was really good quality too

Clean and tidy hotel

The hotel is very central to the shopping area. It is welcoming and clean, they have left luggage service. Breakfast is buffet.

I was impressed with the small hotel. My room was clean. It had the hairdryer and clean towels The WiFi is the best compared to other hotels I have been to. Breakfast was delicious and generous compared to other continental breakfasts I recommend this hotel

Nice rooms

Rooms are very nice and modern. Bathroom was just the right size. No fridge and no coffee maker. Ironing board in the hall for you to use. Free coffee in the lobby + a nice little bar. Friendly staff. Good location and just a stroll from the city center. Only draw back is that the rooms are rather sound. My next door neighbour kept me awake with his/her snoring.

Great stay and good value!

We booked this with two hours notice, and received excellent service including directions to park our large van, five minutes walk away. You have to bear in mind this is a budget hotel, and as such we found it to be very good. There was a minor problem with the plumbing, which was dealt with efficiently and very very quickly. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, helpful and spoke. Excellent English.

Stayed 7 days; very walkable. Many cafes and small shops in area surrounding hotel! The floor we were on lost its AC during 80F weather, but took the offer to move to another floor to finish our stay. The staff especially Kaat, Erwan and Mo were very responsive and engaging. The coffee maker in the small lounge is the reason I’ll make another reservation; as no coffee making in rooms. Didn’t have the breakfast as I thought 15 euros was a bit high for a continental breakfast.

On arrival day, I couldn't sleep because of the terrible noise from the opposite home residents. And some pavement tiles were loose, which also made noise at night [due to echoes as well] . No tea, coffee making, or any refrigerator for cooling as it was the hottest day in Leuven. Nearby the centre. Receptionists are friendly.

It had some great qualities, and some not great qualities. A few of the staff members were as kind and helpful as they could be. The cleaning staff were kind and helpful, and a gentleman who worked the desk from afternoon/night 2, through the end of my stay, are the reasons I gave this property as many stars as I did. Otherwise, there were some not so helpful staff members who made me feel like a burden. Apparently there is a welcome drink at the lobby bar, so be sure to ask for that. It was not offered to me. Tea and coffee in the lobby, free, 24/7. Also a bar and room service. But, so convenient to 100’s of coffee shops and restaurants! The location can not be beat ! The rooms are extremely small, and literally, the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life, anywhere… takes paper thin walls to a new level. Leuven is charming as can be, and again, the hotel has some great qualities.

Good location. The only negative was they said they had all day food and it was my plan to eat dinner at the hotel one night but they said they didn’t turn on the stoves or ovens. So there was never any food in the evenings.
