"Nice hotel with views of the estuary. Fairly quiet given its central location. With-in walking distance of the train station. I had a comfortable and clean room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Wifi was available in the lounge but not my room. There's a decent breakfast for those who want it. Happy to stay there again."

"Because we had train delays we were late booking in.Not a problem though The friendly receptionist was very welcoming. The bed was huge and after a very stressful day we had agood nights sleep in the most comfortable bed. Checkout was not until 12 noon so we had time for a quick visit to the city centre which is about a 5 minutes walk away The train station is just across the road so this is a very convenient place to stay"

"We have stayed here 3 times now. It is a great value for a short stay near Exeter. It may look basic but the rooms are clean and tidy and a good breakfast too. Easy access to M5 and 10 mins drive into Exeter. Free parking."
