"All staff was very helpful sam , linda and gemma are so lovely. The room was clean and well decorated but only let down was i could hear traffic from 5am. The bed was lovely super comfy. So still got good nights sleep Ample parking in it's own carpark. I think it's more og a personal preference nut the eggs and bacon wss little overcooked but a great selection to choose from. Buffet style . We had dinner in the bar fantastic food the fish was very meaty and chips tasted proper homemade...

"Really big, lovely clean rooms. Fantastic value for money and breakfast was superb. We stayed for a concert at Co op Live which was a 15 minute taxi ride away. Highly recommend and would definitely stop again."

"The hotel its self is really modern and well presented but we had an issue with some sort of bug in our room/bed . Both my husband and myself were bitten quite a lot . The staff were really helpful and apologetic and were just waiting to hear back from them regarding this issue"

"It was perfectly situated in the centre of Holmfirth with easy parking individual to your stay. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. Our room and ensuite were stunning"

"While the hotel staffs where amazing, the facilities did fall very short from my expectations. The bathroom shower felt like a licking tap as it was so slow and lacked pressure like you would normally have in other hotels. The bathroom wasn't clean and room was very dusty atleast where we stayed. I requested for toilet paper and didn't get any till after an hour and half and most time you ring the reception and no body is there to answer. "What a gem of a place! Beautiful original pub building. Bedroom was spacious and clean. We had a room with a double and a single bed. The double was a bit too hard for us, but the room has everything you need, so can't complain. Breakfast was really impressive and everything was cooked to perfection. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We feel like we've found a gem and will definitely use again when we've got a gig in Manchester."

"Room was ok . Dull dark decor and v small television. Table light worked but wonky and carpet threadbare in some areas . Clean . Check in was not very welcoming , lady seemed rushed and no pleasantries . Asked for more milk which didn’t get . Meal in the evening was good . Sticky toffee sauce was more like weak caramel. Decided not to stay the night so returned home so can’t comment on breakfast. Staff serving meal v good . "
