Had requested a high floor in my reservation but was placed below the lobby overlooking what seemed like the personnel parking lot, which was a bit of a bummer. It’s the small things one does that can make an average impression a great one, and make one return. Hotel was definitely not full. Perhaps I got dinged for not making my reservation through their website or perhaps the lower priced rooms are just simply downstairs.."
