"We enjoyed the approximity to the ocean and the beautiful view. The property was getting much needed repairs as we were leaving, and the room some improvement but was clean and well stocked with supplies and amenities. The only issue was the oven was out, but our rep Katie ordered us a pizza which we appreciated very much. Thanks for the stay"

"My Expedia clearly stated that I covered all fees but upon arrival I was slapped with an over 500$ resort fee to even get my room key. It’s 70$ a day to park a car in the garage. "Location of hotel is close to essential stores like Target, Walmart, shopping mall, and restaurants. There is shuttle service to the beach which is not too far away. If you are looking for a hotel that is a few steps to the beach, this is not the place for you. Hotel during our stay was under staffed. "I was surprised how nice this place was. Very clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. We didn’t use the pool but we checked it out and it seems very nice. The airport shuttle was a little confusing and slow to arrive but I’m grateful it exists. You can walk from the airport to the hotel in less than 20 mins if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. "

"I had two separate 1 day reservation (not by choice) which would have made us move rooms. I tried online to have them combined but was told is was not possible. The check in person was able to do it when we arrived which saved us a ton of trouble because the next day we were leaving on a tour that was going to last 8 hours making the luggage situation a problem. That saved us a lot of stress, not what you need on vacation. "
