"I was a bit confused when I got to the room, didn't look like anything on the website, the place was a bit outdated. It would be a better experience if when I was about to check out I was a cockroach crawl on my shoe and freak me out"

"First time staying at this Hotel. I love how the hotel staffs are so friendly. It was easy for me to check in & out. Never had an issue with the parking nor to pay. You have to be smart where to park 😉 Highly recommended!!! Mahalo!!"

"Ants. We left some leftover food on table when we went some where. When we got back the ants were everywhere in the food. Had to throw it away outside."

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"when I got checked in I was told I would only have to pay 477 for resort fees but when I was getting checked in they tried to charge me 675 and when I went to ask the lady was very rude and unhelpful with information, the room was clean but when we got ready to go to bed the sheets had stains and the bed was uncomfortable,has soon as you lay down you sink to the center, for the price I paid felt very over charge for it and then when checking out the lady told me I own 620 for resort fees again...

"Having a breakfast buffet daily was so helpful while on a work trip. We were there for 2 weeks and hospitality was amazing. Staff were helpful. Anytime we left the room, our room was cleaned by the time we returned. It made our stay away from home very pleasant."

"This hotel was clean and great for a place to sleep and shower to get ready. It’s located behind the main strip of waikiki, and if you’re into the night life, it’s a great place to be. The staff were helpful and kind, especially the security guards, they were funny too. Unfortunately, there is no parking. "Very expensive for just one night"
