Bath towels are very minimal/substandard quality. Outlets are very loose and in awkward location for plugging in phones, laptops etc. Need luggage rack for suitcase. Armoire is not practical. "

"The floors were grimy, the couch was stained, the toilet had dirt and hair on it, there were no bed pillows for the sleeper couch. We stayed one night and spent the other 3 nights somewhere else. The listing does not make it clear that this is not a hotel: the reception area is only staffed for limited hours. The only way to reach the staff is by texting a phone number. I was promised a refund for the nights we didn't use and haven't heard from them in more than a week. "
