"Clean room and great location "

"The hotel was in the process of being renovated during my stay but otherwise, the staff was polite and attentive and my room was very clean. My only complaint is that my room did not contain a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Beyond that, a great place to stay if you have business in Watertown."

"We had a unique and comfortable stay at Chateau Country Inn! The check-in and check out processes were smooth. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was complimentary, served at the advertised time, and was enjoyable! Overall, we had a very nice stay."

"Always a good value for the money. Family-run business with high priority placed on guests' needs. Staff is great. Much nicer folks than at other "budget" options in the area. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfy. Heating & AC work well, as do the appliances. We will stay again when in that area. Great alternative to impersonal chain motels & hotels."

"Very close in proximity to Alexandria Bay. We could even walk. You will cross the street then the road is calm and a nice walk to downtown. About 1mile to downtown. The property owner is professionally attentive. He checked on us daily to ensure we were happy. The housekeepers came daily to refresh the room. They were professional and helpful."
