Wonderful staff, pleasant, helpful. We had access to free water daily, cookies in afternoon and free parking. Hotel was clean and beds very comfortable. The property is aging. When turn on bathroom fan sounded like airplane engine. Microwave sounded like in its last leg but worked fine. Overall good stay.

The overall stay was great! Hotel is great and is in a great area. Lots of restaurants and shopping around. Only complaint is it took like 30-40 minutes to get some hot water running in the shower!

We were moved after midnight on our first night due to the heat pumping and not being able to turn the ac on. Our second room had no shampoo but my kids didn't let me know until check out. The staff was very friendly and very helpful and the food was great. The hotel was very accommodating to our dogs. Would for sure stay again.

All of the staff were nice and even managers were even seen in their offices or in the hallways throughout the weekend. Also it smelled so good from the fresh clean room to the great food that The Grille was making. I think the only down side was maybe the road outback however I think the TV drowned it out.
