"The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. My only complaint is that there was major construction right under our window so the noise was quite loud in the morning and most of the day. Looking out to that wasn’t the best view. But the hotel itself and staff were very good. "

"Great shower , very good omelettes at breakfast, rooms clean but some things lacking like a coffee machine and a fresh smell. Comfortable bed but no ergonomic cushions available. Location decent although some dodgy places close by but I suppose that’s Germany now. Staff were polite and helpful. If I were ever going to Frankfurt again I would stay there again. Good value for money"

"Everything was good except the WiFi in my room wouldn’t work and that meant the tv couldn’t connect to WiFi nor my phone. Their solution was to use a neighboring rooms WiFi but if I wanted to do that I had to be against the wall to reach the WiFi."
