"Istayed at the hotel for a week.It reeked of mold. We found mold underneath the bed. They were supposed to move us to a different room. They never did. The refrigerator didn't work. I had to argue with them to get a refrigerator the room was facing the alleyway next to dumpsters. We're a lot of homeless we're smoking drugs.Meth pipes on the ground said they sort of continental breakfast.There was nothing there but a packet of instant oatmeal and a still no name granola bar, they considered that continental breakfast.\n When we went to check out, the lady was very rude. I was telling her about everything that was going on.\n And she got an attitude with me like it was my fault. Every single night we had to call between 10 and 1 AM. Because people were going in and out there rooms on both sides and smoking drugs in the rooms. Then the lady that claimed that she was the manager of the place we told her about it. She said she looked up on the computer and there was no complaints for the whole week. We were there, but we had to call every single night. Several times for them to talk to the people next door to list. We also requested a handicapped room because my husband has congestive. Failure can't do stairs. They gave us a bottom floor room, but it wasn't a handicap room.\nI've stayed at super eight before it issues with the one in eureka is absolutely disgusting"

"I did not stay. 1) place does not look like picture 2) door would not stay shut or lock 3) lady intox or drugs looking into window over bed I asked for a refund. They are giving me troubles to get refund. The next day, they called me to offer me a gift card to Dutch Bros for my troubles."

"Eureka Inn is situated Old Town Waterfront in Eureka and there were many great locations to walk to from the hotel. The hotel itself is charming and has great artitecture. There were a couple of challenges with this location that includes construction around the hotel and the tub drain was very slow."

"Rooms were clean and well stocked. We had two rooms and stayed one night. Breakfast options were great. I forgot my prescription eye glasses but staff didn’t seem to care when I called a few hours after checking out. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel for a quick stay."

"We enjoyed a hearty breakfast. The desk staff person was so warm and welcoming. We had a King room with jacuzzi and it was wonderfully relaxing. We appreciated that the parking was gated and locked, so no concerns about break-ins. Overall, a decent stay for a reasonable price."

"Was surprised at the property and location. Not as plush as I expected from the pictures. Classic beach hotel and classic beach upkeep. The staff was great. The location was sketch. However the spa was lovely but chilly to get there."
