"I think I came into it disgruntled bc of a switch n main promotion that charged me almost twice what was advertised.
The controls on the a/c were a bit busted up but functional. It was pretty loud when on.
I travel internationally. I often stay at more upscale establishments than this. This was the first time I was treated at the desk with less attentiveness than the person who’d just seen served. Even if I have zero clout or have been driving for eight hours and am disheveled, I’m paying. Treat me like I’m an A list actor who ever I am.
Also, I had a guy who was staying there ask me to bring him some towels. I told him I didn’t work there. Not the mgmt’s fault, but gives you some idea of the customer base.
All that said, standard rooms, comfy, with the caveat of the loud ac.
Chauffeur service not used but appreciated. Guy who checked me out was lovely. The pool was too crowded with munchkins to swim laps in but the jacuzzi was really nice.
For the same price I might’ve stayed at an Airbnb with its own hot tub and would likely do that next time."
