"Location was great one block from the subway. Felt very safe walking the one block as you can see the hotel from the subway station. The 24/7 controlled access doors made it feel very secure. The room was big enough for my husband and I and our 4 adult children and the staff was excellent providing us with all the towels and linens we needed for our bigger family. We would stay there again. "

"We had an extended stay at the Henry Norman and stayed in few different rooms. All of them were spotless, tastefully decorated, had lovely linens and had attention to small detail to make the stay feel more lux. We could not have asked for a better stay. The staff was so helpful and pleasant! "

"4 out of 5 stars with notes: Property is less than 6 months old, so it's still clean (except for the very dirty carpeting in the elevators) and new. Staff is helpful and friendly except one night at 10:45 pm, a worker was vacuuming right outside our door. I reminded him what time it was.
