"The property is very dated, it appears that there is some attempt to improve such as recent paint in room. AC unit was leaking into the room. Grout was molded and separated between the wall and tub. No working exhaust fan in bathroom or place to hang clothes. Only amenities in the room were a small refrigerator, small microwave and TV. "Room was comfortable. Tank on the toilet was loose, dirt on the shower walls, microwave was filthy, freezer needed to be defrosted, pool was under major repairs. Owners were friendly but did not speak English very well. Place just needed a lot of maintenance in the yard as well.. Would not stay again."
