"A palavra certa é magnífico,não consegui encontrar nenhuma falha… a atendente do checkin Diana maravilhosa, fez um pequeno tour pelo hotel e nossa suite, agora o melhor mesmo foi a senhora Sofia a recepcionista do café, que pessoa maravilhosa, alegre, atenciosa amorosa, deixava nosso dia ensolarado…. Essa é a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel e com certeza depois dessa experiência, retornarei muito em breve."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
