"The room was clean and breakfast was great with a lot of variety. I thought the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. The only odd thing was that the check-in and checkout times seemed out out of line comparatively to other hotels. Usually you check in by three and check out by 11 but here check-in is by four and checkout is by 10 which is not super convenient."

"This was a really nice hotel. It was clean, and spacious, and comfortable. We got the double queen balcony and it was worth it. They also offer free continental breakfast as well. Just be aware of the elk. Woke up one morning and they were everywhere. Lol"

"We were a little unsure when we first pulled in. The pictures were a little misleading, but the room was clean and roomy. The people who arrived ahead of us were apparently difficult and the manager was a little upset and not super friendly. After she had a chance to calm down, she was very helpful and pleasant. The balcony view was a little disappointing. Yes, the mountains were beautiful, but didn’t particularly enjoy the highway view."

"Nice stay. Convenient as short drive to downtown and Beaver Meadows entrance to the RMNP. Ember Restaurant on site was convenient. Would have been nice if the property had a pool or hot tub after a day of hiking. Room was either really hot or cold as the a/c didn’t keep it constant . Value was just okay but it met our needs."
