"Buyer beware! This property has been portrayed as being in much better condition than it is being portrayed. Here are some Pros and Cons: Pros: location is perfect, some of the best snorkeling, very relaxing by the water Cons: the rooms are very outdated and in dis-repair, none of the locks were installed, the water was not drinkable from the tap, the food was tasty but plan on waiting a while for it. The local area does not seem safe. Overall, you get what pay you for here."

"The air-conditioning situation is a major situation. It's already hot out and to come back to your room and it's stuffy and warm just doesn't cut it. There is no type of maintenance person to fix these things. Although the staff is excellent I want to be comfortable and accommodated for what I paid for. "

"Super great staff, bed was extremely comfortable especially for me having back issues. Probably the best property you can stay at in st croix. The drinks were excellent, food at the restaurant onsite was very good also. "

"The good thing is that is walking distance from boardwalk and all the top restaurants nearby. We never had room cleaning during the stay of 3 nights and the pool never was cleaned. On weekend people gather in the pool in loud speaking up to midnight and nobody from staff took action on this. If you are looking for a good sleep have to wear ear protection."

"This property gives you beautiful views, a beach to walk daily, but mainly it's the serenity. It is under some renovations and no telling what the cost to stay there will be then. I suggest you check it out. Remember to stay Left"

"Staff are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable of activities in the area. The room is wonderful. Property included a bar and restaurant that is a very short walk from the rooms. Most importantly the view is absolutely breathtaking. Book the room and rent a car for the full experience."
